Kimberly’s leadership career began in the early 90s; her desire to be a part of team members’ development quickly became her adrenaline rush. Kimberly moved towards learning\, development\, and human resource management in 2000. This is where she became passionate about servant leadership and developed her talents by becoming certified to facilitate The Ken Blanchard Companies and Franklin Covey leadership programs. In recent years\, Kimberly has moved into a fractional integrator role providing support to organizations’ operations functions\, including sales\, service\, quality\, and financial management. Kimberly is fortunate to work within a broad bevy of industries and teams\, both small and large.
